Park Policies

Because Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Concord is a family park, we expect guests to behave appropriately. Violating our park policies may be cause for ejection from the park without refund.

Hurricane Harbor accepts card and mobile payments only at all locations including restaurants, retail stores, games, ticket windows, and parking toll booths. You can either pay for purchases using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a debit card. Only have cash? You can convert your cash to a prepaid debit card at one of the multiple kiosks located throughout the park and anywhere in the U.S. where Visa is accepted. We highly encourage you to pre-purchase your parking, tickets, and more online before visiting the park.

We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Line jumping, profanity and unruly behavior are offensive to park guests and may be cause for ejection without refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting a line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return.

We ask that guests visiting Hurricane Harbor Concord (the “Waterpark”) dress appropriately for our family-friendly environment.  Guests’ attire and tattoos must comply with Hurricane Harbor Concord Guest Dress Code.

To participate in Waterpark attractions while visiting Hurricane Harbor Concord, guests must wear proper swimwear, such as bathing suits or board shorts.  Thongs, G-strings, or transparent swimwear are not permitted.  For safety reasons and to prevent damage to our attractions, guests may not wear athletic attire, street clothing such as pants or denim shorts, or swimwear with buttons, snaps, rivets, zippers, buckles or belts. Guests also may not wear ski masks. Rash guards and swim-style nylon shirts are generally permitted; however, guests should check attraction signage for specific restrictions.

Diaper-dependent guests are required to wear swim diapers or a diaper specifically designed for aquatics to participate in Waterpark attractions.  Diapers must be changed in restroom changing stations only.

Guests are encouraged to wear footwear while walking throughout Hurricane Harbor Concord.  Guests may wear water appropriate footwear on some attractions.  Guests should check attraction signage for specific restrictions.

When leaving the Waterpark, guests must wear proper attire to enter Six Flags Discovery Kingdom as bathing suits are only permitted in the Waterpark.  Please refer to the Six Flags Discovery Kingdom Guest Dress Code for guidance about appropriate attire when visiting Six Flags Discovery Kingdom.

Hurricane Harbor Concord reserves the right to deny admission to or remove anyone wearing swim attire that does not comply with the Waterpark Guest Dress Code or wears clothing or displays a tattoo that poses a safety hazard, could detract from the experience of other guests, or fails to comply with Hurricane Harbor Concord Dress Code, if a guest refuses all reasonable options. Guests requiring special accommodations should speak to a member of the Public Safety management team upon arrival at the Waterpark.
